NOTE's CEO sells 12,000 shares - remains a major shareholder in NOTE

NOTE's CEO Johannes Lind-Widestam has recently sold 12,000 shares in NOTE, corresponding to 3.7% of his holding, for a value of SEK 2.3 million. The sale was conducted to cover tax liabilities. After the sale, Johannes Lind-Widestam and family's holding (private and via companies) in NOTE amounts to 308,150 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.1% of NOTE's shares. Accordingly, Johannes Lind-Widestam and family remain a major shareholder in NOTE. In addition, Johannes Lind-Widestam holds 216,250 warrants in NOTE.
