Prospectus for NOTE's rights issue now available - including new financial information

The Prospectus contains information on the Company's equity and liabilities as at 28 February 2010. On 28 February 2010, the Company's equity amounted to SEK 191.3 million. Comprehensive income for the period 1 January-28 February 2010 was SEK -18.6 million, including restructuring costs for the period and translation differences in equity. At the same date, NOTE's liabilities totalled SEK 552.3 million. Total pension liabilities amount to SEK 12.7 million. The company has pledged assets of SEK 453.1 million and contingent liabilities of SEK 1.7 million.

In line with the restructuring programme announced in the 2009 year-end report, a decision has been taken to close down production at the Group's units in Skänninge, Sweden and Tauragé, Lithuania.

The prospectus for the rights issue in NOTE has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, and is now available on the website, www.note.eu, and on HQ Bank's website www.hq.se. The prospectus contains previously unpublished information.

The printed version of the prospectus is expected to be available from 22 April 2010 at NOTE AB (Vendevägen 85 A, 182 17 Danderyd) and HQ Bank (Norrlandsgatan 15, 103 71 Stockholm).
