Financial performance January-June
- Sales totalled SEK 896.5 (895.2) million
- Operating profit totalled SEK 29.9 (55.3) million, the result has been charged with one-off costs of 20
MSEK for the ongoing restructuring
- The operating margin amounted to 3.31% (6.21%)
- Profit after net financial items totalled SEK 24.0 (51.5) million
- Profit after tax totalled SEK 15.7 (38.4) million, corresponding to SEK 1.63 (3.99) per share
- Cash flow amounted to SEK 29.4 (73.4) million, corresponding to SEK 3.05 (7.63) per share
Financial performance April-June
- Sales totalled SEK 469.2 (470.2) million
- Operating profit totalled SEK 16.2 (30.5) million, the result has been charged with non-recurring costs of
10 million for the ongoing restructuring
- The operating margin amounted to 3.41% (6.51%)
- Profit after net financial items totalled SEK 12.5 (28.5) million
- Profit after tax totalled SEK 8.2 (22.4) million
- Cash flow amounted to SEK 5.4 (27.8) million
Significant events January-June
- Continued strategic transformation - measures taken to relocate labour-intensive manufacturing and
sourcing services to cost-effective countries, reducing the number of employees in Sweden by
200 people or just over 25%
- Acquisition in the UK - establishment of a new Nearsourcing Centre for long-term sales growth in the UK
English market
- Acquisition of Swedish mechanical supplier - valuable mechanical expertise brought close to customers for
developing advanced prototypes and manufacturing small series
- New share-based incentive programme - 50 senior executives have subscribed to the programme
