Strengthening of NOTE's Industrial Plants

In the autumn, commercial capacity at NOTE's Industrial Plants was strengthened, with the former CEOs of NOTE's Estonian and Chinese operations taking responsibility for these units' direct business, but also strengthening the internal interface with other NOTE units. The ambition is to create the potential for sales growth on new types of business where NOTE has not previously been sufficiently competitive, and to meet customers' logistical, commercial and technical needs even better and faster to develop existing business relationships.

Accordingly, new CEOs with industry experience have been recruited to NOTE's units in Estonia and China. Erki Hirv is the new CEO of NOTE's Industrial Plant in China, and joins NOTE from the position of CEO of Leab in Estonia, but has previously also worked as CEO of NOTE in Estonia. Rafet Peksen, former CEO of Powerwave in Estonia, is the new CEO of NOTE in Estonia.

”Our former CEOs know our business and our customers and will focus on developing our business going forward. At the same time, we have recruited two highly competent people to continue to drive the efficiency and development of our operations. This is a natural step in our work to create the conditions for increased efficiency, better delivery precision and quality outcomes, aimed at creating an even stronger customer offering,” says Peter Laveson, President and CEO of NOTE.
