Shortening the path between idea and production in the electronics industry
- Most of the development companies in telecoms and electronics are located in Kista, says NOTE's CEO Sten Dybeck. "We can now offer them a much shorter route from idea to production in a close interaction between designer and producer.
NOTE's prototype workshop is staffed by specialists who can immediately take electronics companies' ideas and turn them into prototypes. The majority of production takes place on site, which means that customers can follow the whole process closely if they wish. This interaction will be important for both quality and speed.
The investment in the prototype workshop and meeting place in Kista is part of NOTE's current aggressive expansion. The company is unique in the Swedish telecoms industry, and is on the list of Swedish growth companies for the fifth year running.

- "There are many reasons why we are growing while others are shrinking," says Sten Dybeck. "Among other things, we have succeeded in creating a good company spirit with knowledgeable and interested employees. But most important of all, I think, is our way of taking care of customers. We want to grow with them. In line with this, the investment in Kista is very important.
