Report from the Annual General Meeting of NOTE AB
The Annual General Meeting of NOTE AB (publ), corporate identity number 556408-8770, on 27 April,
decided in accordance with the Board's proposal not to pay a dividend
for the financial year 2003.
The General Meeting authorised the members of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director
discharge from liability for the financial year 2003.
All ordinary Board members Sten Dybeck, Börje Andersson, Thord
Johansson, Katarina Mellström, Ulf Mikaelsson, Erik Stenfors and Lennart
Mr Svensson was re-elected.
Lennart Jakobsson and Anders Malmeby, both KPMG, were elected as auditors
for the period until the 2004 Annual General Meeting.
The General Meeting authorised the Board to decide on the issue of shares
in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors.
The General Meeting decided to form a Nomination Committee in accordance with
the Board's proposal.
