Trading in shares in NOTE AB ceases

To simplify the management of the share register in NOTE and in preparation for a future stock exchange listing, the company's shares will be registered with VPC. In connection with this, it has been decided that trading in the company's shares at Roslagens Sparbank will cease.

The last day of trading in the company's shares with Roslagens Sparbank will be 30 January 2004.

Information on the practical procedure for registering shares in a securities account or custody account will be sent to shareholders early next week.
