At NOTE, sustainability is integrated into everything we do. As a trusted manufacturing partner to leading industrial companies, we believe our environmental and social responsibilities are essential to long-term success — for us, our customers, and society.

Since 2011, NOTE has been a proud participant of the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. We are committed to its ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.

Our Environmental Commitments

1. Carbon Neutral Operations (Scope 1 & 2) We are committed to achieving 100% carbon neutrality in our direct operations by:

· Using renewable or fossil-free electricity wherever possible

· Operating with high energy efficiency across all sites

· Offsetting all remaining emissions through verified climate programs

2. Full Emissions Transparency (Scope 3) We’re expanding our emissions reporting to cover the entire value chain, fully aligned with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This means:

· Tracking and reporting Scope 3 emissions from suppliers, logistics, and end-of-life

· Sharing data transparently with customers and stakeholders

3. Safe and Healthy Workplaces All NOTE sites aim to be certified to ISO 45001 within two years of acquisition, ensuring:

· A safe, resilient and inclusive work environment

· A strong focus on employee wellbeing and preventive safety culture
