Compliance with IPC Class 2 and 3
Our factories fulfil the requirements of IPC Class 2 and Class 3 standards, which are important in the EMS industry. This ensures that, as a contract manufacturer of electronic products, we have high quality and reliability of the products we manufacture for our customers. Employees in our factories regularly attend various IPC training programmes.
Automatic optical inspection (AOI) of each PCBA
Given all the errors that can occur, such as incorrect soldering, during the PCBA manufacturing process, it is impossible to manually inspect each circuit board and find errors with the naked eye. We use modern automatic optical inspection machines, which check each PCB and where the operation is monitored by our engineers. AOI technology ensures that our customers receive flawless devices.
In-circuit test (ICT) and flying probe test provide high quality troubleshooting
ICT is a powerful tool for testing pre-assembled printed circuit boards. With us, testing is usually done in seconds, with high-quality troubleshooting. We also offer flying probe tests, which are excellent for measuring resistance, voltage and other contact points on printed circuit boards.
