Improvement work

NOTE's plants use the same methodology and structure for continuous improvement work. Work is conducted and managed locally at each unit, while support, coordination and follow-up are centralised.

This methodology means a standardised approach throughout NOTE, combined with NOTE's forums in areas like quality, delivery, sourcing, NPI, sales and finance, enabling plants to exchange experiences, lessons learned and best practice, and share resources.
