Changes in NOTE's Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Board John Hedberg has chosen to resign from the Board

In accordance with the resolution of the AGM, the members of the Nomination Committee are to be appointed by the four shareholders with the largest holding in NOTE who wish to appoint a representative. Consequently, due to changes in the shareholder base, changes are made to the composition of the Nomination Committee.

The nomination committee now consists of:
- Johan Hagberg, own holding
- Martin Nilsson, Catella Fondförvaltning
- Malin Björkmo, Handelsbanken Fonder
- Gunnar Blix, Third Swedish National Pension Fund

The Nomination Committee is appointed by shareholders who together represent approximately 40 per cent of the votes for all shares in the company.

NOTE's former Chairman of the Board, John Hedberg, has decided to resign from the Board and leave his role as Chairman as of today's date. Johan Hagberg will assume the role of Chairman of the Board until the Extraordinary General Meeting that the Board intends to convene after the summer. Work on recruiting a new Board member is ongoing.
