New number of shares and votes in NOTE

The number of shares and votes in NOTE AB (publ) ("NOTE") has decreased as a result of the resolution to reduce the share capital through the cancellation of own shares resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2025. The reduction has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and Euroclear Sweden AB.

After the reduction, the total number of shares and votes in NOTE is 28,483,600. There is only one class of shares and the company holds no treasury shares at the time of this press release.
