Shareholders wishing to participate in the Annual General Meeting must:
- Be registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB as of the record date, which is Monday, April 14, 2025, and
- Notify their participation and any accompanying representative(s) no later than Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
Please note that the above dates apply to both shareholders attending in person and those appointing a proxy to attend on their behalf.
Registration can be made via email to AGM@note-ems.com or by phone at +46 8 568 990 00. It can also be submitted in writing to NOTE AB, Box 3691, 103 59 Stockholm.
When registering, shareholders must provide their name or company name, personal or organization number, number of shares, address, phone number, and, if applicable, details of any representative, proxy, or assistant(s). A maximum of two assistants may be registered.
